Health, Dental and Vision

You will have access to an extensive nationwide network of high-quality, low-cost providers. Our plans also offer many resources and tools to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle. Choose the plans that are right for you. We also offer coverage for Domestic partners.

Flexible Spending, Health Savings and Dependent Care Accounts

FSAs and HSAs are a great way to save by setting aside pretax payroll deductions to pay for out-of-pocket health care expenses, as well as dependent care expenses. We contribute to employee Health Savings Accounts after you visit your medical provider for an annual visit.

Accident and Critical Illness Coverage

We know life doesn't always go as expected, which is why REG provides you with access to supplemental medical plans designed to protect you and your family from the financial impact of a covered critical illness, injury or accident.

Retirement Plan

REG offers 401(k) plans, which are employer-sponsored retirement plans that allow eligible employees to save and invest for their own retirement. Two different 401(k) plans are available to employees, both of which are eligible for the company contribution: the 401(k) Thrift Plan and the Roth 401(k) plan. Combined, these two plans result in a retirement package that provides flexibility, as well as stability and security.

Paid Time Off

Regular full-time employees are eligible to accrue vacation time each pay period. Every eligible employee also receives 10 holidays per year. In addition to vacation and holidays, employees will also receive sick time and volunteer time each year. Other available paid leaves include: maternity, parental, bereavement, jury duty/civic obligation and military.

Life and Disability Insurance

We provide Basic Life/AD&D and Short-Term / Long-Term Disability coverage for all qualifying employees. Life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance are useful solutions to help preserve your family's quality of life and financial future.

Tuition Reimbursement

Individuals may receive Tuition Assistance upon satisfactorily completing a pre-approved course of study.

Clothing Allowance

We provide an annual allowance to full-time employees to put toward the purchase of REG clothing and accessories.

Employee Assistance Plan

We provide an employee assistance program (EAP) through The Standard Insurance Company at no cost to you. This service connects you with the best mental health and counseling services. All services provided are confidential, and outcomes will not be shared. All employees are eligible for three face-to-face visits per year.
