Recognizing the important role of volunteers in strengthening our communities, we encourage Chevron team members to get involved. Eligible team members can give back to local community organizations and events.

Chevron team members volunteered at the Story County Animal Shelter by helping dust, clean windows, litterboxes and perform deep-cleaning on the interaction rooms.

City of Ames

The Chevron Human Resources team participated in a group volunteer outing. They worked with the City of Ames to clean out several flower beds in parks across the city.

Polk County Conservation

Team members participated in a prairie seed harvesting event with Polk County Conservation.

TAKE Ankeny

Chevron team members volunteered at TAKE Ankeny, a non-profit store that gives away clothing and household goods to those in need. The group helped by building display cases and organizing a storeroom to get TAKE Ankeny ready for the holidays.
