New York City
Since 2013, the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation has used B20 as its standard fuel in 850 diesel-powered vehicles. Today New York City uses more than 13 million gallons of biodiesel every year to power 9,000 vehicles in its fleet.

The Chicago Park District runs about 160 pieces of equipment with 6,000 gallons of biodiesel every year, including garbage trucks, mowing units and beach tractors. They use a B20 blend through the end of October before going to a B5 blend during winter.
