Title:Maintenance Supervisor Location:Newton, IA
Position Summary:
 The purpose of this job is to supervise the maintenance team and help perform biodiesel operational maintenance functions in order to benefit internal and external customers of Renewable Energy Group (REG), ensuring quality biodiesel production, while maintaining clean, safe, and well-kept facilities.
Requirements:
Education Required: Minimum of 2 year technical degree in electrical or comparable required
Experience Required: Must have processing experience. Be familiar with pumps, pressures systems and boilers, must have supervised maintenance employees. Maintenance troubleshooting experience required including: electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and spare parts inventory.
Experience Preferred: Inventory management and preventative maintenance software systems.
Skills Required: General knowledge of computers, advanced mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Welding skills required. Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.

Title:Manager, Manufacturing Reliability Location:Ames, IA
Position Summary:
This position utilizes a variety of tools to ensure the mechanical reliability of all REG plants and is the leader of REG’s Reliability Centered Maintenance program. This position will develop preventative maintenance and reliability programs for facilities within the Renewable Energy Group (REG), Inc. network.  
Requirements:
Education Required: B.S. in Engineering or related field
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management role within the manufacturing or processing industry. Must have experience developing and administering reliability centered maintenance programs. Experience in edible oils, petroleum, petrochemical, ethanol, or other renewable fuels industries preferred.
Skills Required: Strong technical background, good written and oral communication, experience with various software programs such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, process simulations, process data historians, and 3-D modeling. Disciplined self-starter with good organizational skills.

Position Summary:
The purpose of this position is to oversee and be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the biodiesel plant operations.
Requirements:
Education Required: 4 year degree and/or 3-5 years agricultural business experience preferred.
Experience Required: 3-5 years agricultural business experience, preferably in manufacturing environment. Soy processing, biodiesel production or renewable fuels background would be helpful.

Position Summary:
The purpose of this job is to coordinate with senior engineering staff in the design, execution, and scale-up of novel fermentation processes to produce biofuels and chemicals from a variety of biomass sources.
