Title:Maintenance Supervisor Location:Newton, IA
Position Summary:
The purpose of this job is to supervise the maintenance team and help perform biodiesel operational maintenance functions in order to benefit internal and external customers of Renewable Energy Group (REG), ensuring quality biodiesel production, while maintaining clean, safe, and well-kept facilities.
Requirements:
Education Required: Minimum of 2 year technical degree in electrical or comparable required
Experience Required: Must have processing experience. Be familiar with pumps, pressures systems and boilers, must have supervised maintenance employees. Maintenance troubleshooting experience required including: electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and spare parts inventory.
Skills Required: General knowledge of computers, advanced mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Welding skills required. Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
